Τhe summer house is almost 5' away from the traditional village of Agios Nicolaos kai 3' from the Trannis Ammoudia's beach ( also known as Livrohio) by car. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen and a bathroom. There are LCDs TVs, A/C and wifi. Backward there is a small balcony and in front there is a biggger one. Around the house there is a garden, with a full equiped barbeque, parking, swing and a monkey bar. The space The first bedroom has a double bed and a sofa which can be turned into single bed. The second bedroom has a 2 single beds. Both bedrooms have chest of drawers, but only the first bedroom has a wardrobe. The kitchen is indepedent, big and full equipped.Τhe living room has a bautiful corner couch and a lovely, traditional fireplace. The bathroom is equipped with a big bath, a hair dryer and a washing machine. In the living room and in the first bedroom there are Lcd Tvs. Both bedrooms have A/C. There is a wifi. Finally, for better visitors service,are available linen, towells, a vacuum cleaner and personal care's things (shampoo, soaps...) Guest access Visitors can drink their coffe in the big balcony or in the garden, which is around the house. They can also barbeque and enjoy their meal under the bower. After their bath in the sea they can have a quick, luckewarm bath in the outside shower unit. Registration number 00000187246
