In the heart of the Vallée d'Aure, in Saint-Lary, a thermal and ski resort, is nestled "Hygge", a true mountain chalet (completely renovated in 2019) that offers the modernity of high-end materials and finishes while respecting mountain authenticity. It has 3 independent apartments on 3 levels that can be rented together depending on the size of your group and spend unforgettable moments with family or friends. The "Cosy" cottage occupies the ground floor level. The space Hygge (pronounced "hou-ga"), is the Danish word that means comfort, conviviality, simplicity and well-being. This "hygge" that you experience wrapped in a blanket when it snows outside, when you chat with friends around the fireplace, when you enjoy a good meal with the family with the mountain as a backdrop, Marisa and Jean-François wanted to infuse it into the complete renovation of this wooden and stone chalet of the Rioumajou of the 60s, transforming it into a luxury chalet with a guideline: comfort in simplicity. Located at the entrance of the village in the non-traffic area of Espeyrias, 500 m from the hyper-center and 50 m from the free shuttle when the resort is open, it enjoys a southwest-facing and unobstructed view overlooking the resort and the valley on a plot of 800 m² with exclusive services. The Cozy apartment (capacity = 4 guests) Cozy (labeled 5 diamonds - maximum rating - of the "Quality Comfort Accommodation" label by the Tourist Office and 4 stars from the Ministry of Tourism) welcomes 4 people on 51 m² in a chic & cozy atmosphere. Through an internal staircase, Cozy can be connected to Comfort (see the ad on this site), adding 12 people to its capacity. Located on the ground floor of the chalet, it is composed of: • Large living room of 26 m² with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining area, living room with two sofas, around a warm wood stove and TV area, opening onto its terrace through a large bay window, • Private 11 m² wooden terrace with garden furniture, protected by a blind with stunning views of the resort and the Pyrenees, • Master suite with 160 cm bed and full bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity), • Bedroom with 3 beds of 80 cm (one single bed and two bunk beds), • Bathroom with double sink, bathtub and fan heater with built-in Bluetooth speaker, • Separate toilet.
