The apartment is 2 floors, lofted, and very spacious. There is a loft with an extra bed that fits a guest/roommate comfortably. It is fully furnished. The piano is on the other side of the room, the table is by the large windows, and one of the couches is closer to the kitchen. We've also painted the kitchen white and changed some of the wall art. Guest access You would have access to the entire apartment with the exception of 2 closets.
