Our apartment is bright, modern and very quiet. The space The ground floor apartment is located on a quiet side street in a top location in the middle of the old town of Nuremberg in the St. Sebald district. It is accessible via an inner courtyard and consists of 2 bedrooms (double bed 180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), 1 living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower/bathtub and a guest toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, kettle, etc.). Linens (as well as change of linens), towels, flat-screen TV (cable TV), board games, iron. Our apartment is situated on the ground floor in a quiet side street in the middle of Nuremberg's old city center St. Sebald. Our apartment can be accessed through a courtyard. It has 2 bedrooms (king size bed 180 x 200 cm and queen size bed 160 x 200 cm), 1 living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a guest bathroom (toilet and sink). Other things to note Check-in from 1 pm - 8 pm Check out is at 11 a.m. Other times may be arranged in exceptional cases. / Other check-in or check-out times can be arranged individually. Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment!! / Smoking is strictly forbidden! Pets are not allowed! Pets are not allowed. Since this is our private apartment and we have a very good relationship with our neighbors, we ask you to be as considerate as possible, i.e. the quiet times (12-3 pm and from 7 pm) must be observed.
