Bright new apartment in a great location!

Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. IMP: the apt is on the top (4th floor, great view and no mold) of a building WITHOUT ELEVATOR. Extra fee for check-ins after 8 pm (see below) The space You have your private apartment, made of one enchanting romantic bedroom, a very spacious and bright living room, one bathroom with bathtub and one cute little mezzanine. The apartment has a beautiful view over the Venetian roofs. IMPORTANT: 4th floor and NO ELEVATOR (like most Venetian houses). That means great view, and no humidity and no mold! But it is not suitable for persons with limited mobility or who are not able to carry their own luggage up and down the stairs. Guest access The guests are free to cook, use the laundry, dry their cloths in the clothlines outside the window and use any other space which is not locked or clearly labeled as exclusively for host use (sticky with "host" label) Other things to note We will ask all guests to take off the shoes at the apartment entrance. Our place is very clean as you will see, therefore by doing that we ensure it will stay clean. We will provide slippers to each guest. As for Italian law, all guests have to provide a valid ID. We kindly ask them to provide it beforehand via pictures, better with an Airbnb message but alternatively also with any of the other well-known app. It can also be done at check-in but it would slow down the process.Thanks.
