The space This apartment has a beautiful bright bedroom with two twin beds. Brand new top of the line mattresses. There is also a high end twin folding bed to be set or either in the bedroom or the living-room. Beautiful decoration throughout the entire place. There are two sofas in the living room and two large chairs. The kitchen has a brand new washer, microwave, brand new kettle, toaster, Italian coffee maker, Nesspreso . The kitchen has everything you might need. The living room is quite spacious and has a lovely light. There are two brand new couches and two chairs .The dining room has a fantastic dining table for 6 people. Guest access The main patio is communal, and a passageway for the neighbors. There are several public parking lots very close by that will make this apartment an ideal location for getaways outside Seville. Other things to note Please, we ask respect to the neighbors and the hours of rest. Treat the house as if it were your home. Please do not make loud or annoying noises in the inner courtyard of the house and respect the rest times of the neighbors. To enjoy without dime turbing would be the motto. No parties are allowed in the apartment. They would be very grateful if they turn off the lights, air conditioning, or heating when they are not inside the apartment. Check in is at 15:00 (3PM), if you want to arrive any earlier, please check availability in advance. We'll try, when possible, to always accommodate your needs. Thank you.
