Welcome to Maison Monsieur Léger. It is in a typical longhouse of the Toulouse region renovated and lovingly decorated that we welcome you. At the top of a hill at the gates of Ariège, you can enjoy privileged time with family or friends: 8 adults + 2 children/baby (extra beds) . Pretty walks in the countryside overlooking the Pyrenees, discovering typical villages, local markets, discovering Toulouse... The space This spacious place (200 m2) has been designed for you to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Capacity: Maximum 8 adults + 2 children (on extra bed provided) for a total of 10 people. It may be possible to add a baby under 2 years old. Contact us for layout options. ! No events are allowed without prior written permission from the owners. ! Parties not allowed! Contact us for any requests. People outside of the reservation are not allowed. On the ground floor: - a large 85 m² living room with lounge and open kitchen. - 1 laundry area - 1 wc. The bay window gives direct access to the garden. The pool is dedicated to you and is heated from May to September if the weather is mild. You have deck chairs, umbrellas, terraces with outdoor furniture, and a shaded area with a barbecue. Upstairs: 4 double bedrooms, quality 160x200 French bedding. - 1 double bedroom with bathroom and toilet. - 1 double bedroom with bathroom. - 2 double bedrooms. - 1 additional bathroom. - 1 shared WC. In total, you have 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Possibility to configure the bedrooms with two single beds, upon request at the time of booking. Kids friendly: Possibility of mattress for children or crib or other baby equipment: highchair, bathtub, changing mat... on request. Linens are provided: bed linens + towels. ! Pool towels are extra: €6/towel The house is air-conditioned in summer via an air conditioner on the upstairs landing (automatic). Every room also has a fan. A stone's throw from the village of Saint Sulpice sur Lèze, you have all amenities (farmers' market, supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, restaurants...). You can go for a walk from the house, we will be happy to tell you about the activities to do in the area according to your wishes. Parking for 3 cars is dedicated to you. Additional spaces available upon request. Other things to note Please refer to the house rules. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We are in a quiet area at the top of a hill but we are not alone. Everyone has a large well-defined space, but we must respect the quiet times, especially in the evening after 10 p.m. ! People not included in the booking are not allowed (for insurance and parking reasons; we are not an establishment open to the public) unless there is prior written agreement from the owners!!!! The pool is heated from May to September when the weather is mild. In bad weather, the pool is not heated.
