House in Nth Brittany, beach @ 1.5km, heated pool

Are you hesitating btw the sea and the countryside? You want a quiet holiday, with space, no more hassle and no more frantic pace? I offer you to stay in a spacious house (170 m2) with French windows onto the garden, 4 bedrooms, a reading / playground room, a babies’ room close to the parents’ bedroom, 2 toilets, 2 showers and another bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the house has a large outdoor covered and heated pool (8 * 3.5 m) so swimming guaranteed no matter the Breton weather. The space If you have children, this house is perfect for you. It has a big lawn of more than 180 m2 (ideal for football games or outdoor games), and at the edge of the house you find an almost exclusively pedestrian path where you can enjoy “une partie de pétanque”. The house has the necessary equipment for babies (bed, high chair, changing table, bathtub, baby bouncer, potty), many games and books to entertain children (big and small ones), as well as a baby-foot, and some (second-hand) bikes for children and adults. This means that you will be cheerfully busy when the clouds are threatening or after a good day at the beach or a good walk or ride. In addition, since mid August 2020, the house is now equipped with a large heated swimming pool with modular shelter (i.e. you can open it partially or entirely depending on the weather), meaning that whatever the weather, and in case you cannot go to the beach, you can bathe and enjoy the water all day long. As far as the kitchen is concerned, the house is also well equipped: induction cooker, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, juicer, microwave. There is also a washing machine, and dryer, barbecue, garden table and parasol. You will find a backpackers’ guide (in FR) as well as inspiring photo books of the surroundings to get ideas of what to do. Guest access You can check in though a key box so that you are free to arrive whenever you like. If there are guests before you, the entry time will depend on the availability of the housewife. We can exchange for this question. We will however try to be present when you arrive in order to explain you how the pool shed works. The house can host up to 10 adults (sharing one bedroom among 4) and 2 additional kids / teenagers, plus on baby.
