Welcome to YAGARA TERRACE HOUSE C — an entire 2LDK home, just for your group. Located a 5-minute walk from Kitatatsumi Station, with Namba just 15 minutes away by train. Whether you're here for sightseeing, remote work, or a longer stay, this is a comfortable base to make your own. Sleeps up to 6 guests, with a dedicated workspace, fully equipped kitchen, and washing machine. After a long day, Yagara Onsen is just 1 minute away to help you unwind. The space This charming Japanese-modern 2LDK home is all yours — no shared spaces, no other guests. Just your group and a comfortable place to call home for your stay. It sleeps up to 6, making it a great fit for families, friends, or colleagues traveling together. Bedrooms There are 4 single beds, plus 2 traditional futon sets laid out in a tatami room. Linens, towels, and basic amenities are provided for everyone, so you can arrive light and settle in right away. Living & Dining Sink into the sofa and enjoy some downtime in the living area. The 32" Smart TV supports Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Fire TV — perfect for a relaxing evening in. Workspace Need to get some work done? There's a dedicated desk and chair set up in a quiet corner, with high-speed WiFi (300 Mbps) that handles video calls without a hitch. The neighborhood is peaceful and residential, so you won't have to worry about background noise during online meetings. Kitchen & Laundry The kitchen is well-stocked with an IH stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, and refrigerator, along with plenty of cookware and tableware for several days of home cooking. A washing machine with detergent is also available — handy for longer stays. The Neighborhood Everything you need for daily life is close by. A supermarket, convenience store, and 100-yen shop are all within a 5-minute walk. For meals out, there are local ramen shops and okonomiyaki restaurants just around the corner. After a long day, we'd highly recommend heading to Yagara Onsen — a traditional bathhouse just 1 minute away, complete with sauna and an outdoor bath. It's one of our favorite things about this location. For guests arriving by car, 24-hour coin parking is available nearby at around ¥550 per day. Guest access The entire 2-bedroom house is yours. No shared spaces—the kitchen, bathroom, and workspace are completely private. Ideal for families, couples, or small business groups. Other things to note Please read carefully before booking: 【Quiet Hours】 Located in a peaceful residential area. To respect our neighbors, please keep noise levels (voice/TV) to a minimum after 10:00 PM. 【Check-in & Check-out】 ● Check-in: From 4:00 PM. (Luggage drop available from 11:00 AM). Early check-in may be possible depending on availability—please ask us the day before. ● Check-out: By 11:00 AM. (Late check-out is not available due to cleaning schedules). 【House Rules】 ● No Smoking: Entirely smoke-free indoors. ● No Pets: Not allowed due to allergy considerations. ● No Unregistered Guests: Only booked guests are allowed inside. ● Damages: Any damage or excessive staining will be charged for restoration. ● No Bulky Waste: Leaving suitcases or large items behind is prohibited (disposal fees apply). 【Children & Amenities】 ● Children 0-2 stay free; ages 3+ are counted as adults. Please note that we do not restock amenities during your stay. 【Legal & Registration】 We are a legally certified accommodation under the National Strategic Special Zone Act. ● All guests must provide their name and address. ● Non-residents of Japan are required by law to provide a passport copy.
