Master bedroom has un-suite bathroom, a queen size bed and a single size futon mattress. The second bedroom has two full size double beds and a pull - out bed for a more comfortable sleep. All beddings provided such as pillows and duvets. Now you can enhance your holiday with our new high-speed FiberX Converge Wi-Fi. The new connections will mean fantastic, personal, reliable internet for your family holiday. And for more satisfying stay- our new 55” smart TV is available for your enjoyment. Our place is a perfect vacation home. The balcony is overlooking the lagoon and surrounding mountains, it offers a great spot to enjoy the scenery. There is also a 6-seater dining table set and a set of coffee table and chairs enough for everyone. Ground floor open parking is free of charge at first come first served basis. Miranda B building is a short walking distance to the Beach and Country Club. Free shuttle bus service is available to take you around. Towels and personal toiletries are not provided. Drinking water is provided on your arrival (water refill is available to purchase in reception desk for PHP 50 only) Please note the maximum capacity of a two bedroom condo is for 9 persons only including kids. The entrance fees will provide access to the Beach and Country Club swimming pools, Pico beach, as well as the Indoor and Outdoor activities. Non members guests may use facilities on the main beach area and the country club. *Pico de Loro is primarily an exclusive residential leisure development. An essential part of resort security is a mandatory authorisation process for non- members. After booking you will be contacted to provide details of the members of your group.
