To help others to have the same enjoyable experience, all decorative bed items (comforters, decorative pillows, etc) are not for use. Damage to any decorative item will incur a cost to the renter. NO pets allowed. This is a private residence alongside other homeowners. No parties, extra unregistered guests or loud disruptive noise or actions allowed. Renter and guests who do not abide by the rules will be removed, no questions asked, prosecuted if applicable and no refunds.
