Sunroom overlooks the grass marsh. Very scenic and serene location. My home is located within the quiet Preserve. Steps away are fantastic trails, lots of wildlife, a sand bottom pool for your use is located near by. Please kindly respect my home as if it were yours. Rooms are kept tidy. You may use the deck and the sunroom for your enjoyment. Guests can park on the street or on far side of driveway. Please remove your shoes at the door please. Kitchen is shared with host. All pots and pans are hand washed. Dirty dishes put in dishwasher. I like to give my guests space. I am always available by cell in the event I am not home. Texting is the best way to reach me. I am out and about often. I am available to answer any questions you may have. Neighborhood has access to miles of walking/ biking trails. My home is walkable to the Eden Prairie Mall and fabulous restaurants to dine at. My home is close to the metro. In addition SW Transit can be called and the fare one way within Eden Prairie is $3.00. I am only 18 minutes to the airport and MOA. If you forget anything, let me know kindly. I have extra toiletries if you need. Parking on street. A $15 cash only charge per night for additional person to stay.
