The space Our vacation home offers you a large equipped outdoor patio and a comfortable private outdoor shower at your disposal. Inside you will find bright and comfortable spaces, carefully furnished to ensure a pleasant stay. Our space is perfect for hosting up to six people. With a fully equipped kitchen, you can prepare your favorite dishes with ease, enjoying all the comforts of your home. The main bathroom has a spacious shower to relax after a busy day. The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a private bathroom, ensuring your privacy and comfort. You will find a second bedroom with two single beds that can be transformed into a double bed upon request, while our large living room also offers a comfortable sofa bed. Services: Shared washing machine, air conditioning, Lavazza coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven, hairdryer, unlimited fast internet and 32" smart TV. We provide an initial package for the comfort of your stay (shampoo, bath foam, conditioner, toilet paper, tea, coffee, kitchen roll, sugar, salt, napkins, water, sparkling wine, extra virgin olive oil, dish detergent, cleaning spray) but you will need to purchase your own services after these are exhausted. Linens: We provide a complete set of bed linens and towels for each person. Extra bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Other things to note - We welcome small pets with an additional cleaning fee (€40), and we also offer beach towel rental (€5) and baby kit (€30) upon request. - To ensure compliance with Italian law, we kindly ask you to provide your identity documents. - Check-in and check-out times: We inform you that check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.; while check-out is by 10:00 a.m. If you need to check in after 9:00 p.m. or check out after 10:00 a.m. (by 1:00 p.m.), these have a cost of €30.00. Personal check-in: we can arrange a meeting with someone at the apartment, please let us know in advance. - Parking: there is only one parking space per apartment inside the property. - Luggage storage service: Unfortunately, we do not have a luggage storage room inside the apartment.
