This 2nd floor one bedroom apartment is located in a 1903 built Victorian home with updated amenities. The apartment has a large new bathroom, south facing sunny windows, a bedroom with desk and queen bed and a living room with a sectional sofa, two chairs, and a comfy self inflating queen sized air mattress for two. The kitchen comes equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is a microwave, coffee maker, and complimentary coffee. The apartment is approximately 500 square feet. The space This space has all new comfortable furniture and is professionally designed and thoughtfully outfitted for a comfortable stay. The heat is controlled from my unit on the third floor. If you are too cold or too hot - please text me and I will do my best to accommodate you and the other guests in the home to make sure you have a comfortable stay. You may also turn the heat off or on, individually using the knob on each radiator. Right turn till stop turns then off. Turning left opens the valve. There are two washers and two dryers located in a laundry room in the basement. This is accessed by the back stairwell. The laundry room is shared with two other Airbnb apartments in the house and is rarely in use. Also, street parking is free but can sometimes be hard to find. Therefore I offer off street parking in the parking lot owned by the funeral home neighboring my home. It is $10 per night for short term use or $50 per month for longer stays.
