Completely renovated 17th-century house located between Barcelona and Tarragona in Catalonia's premier wine region of the Penedes but also just 10 min from the beach. It's ideal for walking and visiting the many wine and cava companies in the area. We've transformed the old house into a confortable, relaxing home that's perfect for couples, small groups of friends and families with children. Enjoy all different cultural leisure pursuits the region has to offer, including its wine tourism. The space The house is built entirely of stone. On the ground floor is the living-dining room with an integral, open kitchen. Doors lead out onto the patio. There is also a small toilet on the ground floor and a mezzanine has been furnished as a TV room. The upper floor has two double bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with twin beds, both with their own en suite bathroom. There is an area for parking 100 metres from the house.
