The space The house is an apartment without stairs on a villa’s ground floor, surrounded by a big garden totally fenced, in common with another house. The vast spaces guarantee privacy to our guests. The apartment has a living room with a sofa bed, a big kitchen, a bedroom and a toilet; there are also two verandas that allow our guests to spend comfortable time outside (60 mq the apartment itself, 90 mq with the verandas). Moreover, outside you can find a shower and a barbecue (in common with the apartment on the first floor). The living room has an extendable table, a sofa, a sofa bed, a tv, a stereo, a fireplace. The bedroom can have two single beds or a double bed, and also has a guardrobe with drawers. The toilet has both a shower and a hairdryer. The kitchen has a table for four people, an oven, a microwave, both fridge and freezer, waschine machine, a double sink and a cooktop. Also, if needed, there are two elevated chairs. Through a French window our guests can find themself in a wide veranda, where they can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. The house is very comfortable, but the garden is the actual beauty: it ables the use of sport items, the kids to play and a perfect and enjoyable relax. Hailing from Cagliari (SP 17 to Villasimius) at the 22nd km turn left in Via S’Arritzolu Saliu: the house is number 3 on the left. A private road takes you to a wide area, where you can park you vehicle(s). Guest access The house places at your disposal sheets, towels (for hands/face, shower and bidet), a vacuumcleaner, cleansings for the house, an iron and dishes. Food, drinks and shampoo are not included. Other things to note Public transports guarantee frequent links (every 30/40 minutes) with the cities of Cagliari, Quartu S.E., with the airport and Cagliari’s harbour, as well as with Villasimius’ area (services guaranteed by ARST). The best thing to do is obviously use the car and visit other beautiful bathing resorts such as Cala Regina, Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas and the already cited Villasimius.
