Villa Rosato - Tourist residence/Loft for 4 people

Surrounded by the green hills of Fasano, a few kilometres from the main tourist attractions of the area of Bari and Brindisi, rises Villa Rosato. This is an old farm house, completely renovated in 2013, keeping the original charm of the existing building in the centre of Selva di Fasano. This comfortable complex of 8 apartments is the ideal place to enjoy, at any time of the year, a pleasant stay combining the sea and the beaches, as well as, the hills in a single holiday. The space The loft of 40 sqm is made up of 2 areas: one bedroom with a double bed in the upper floor and a sofabed in living area that can accomodate 2 people. In the living room there is also the Kitchen and a room with private bathroom. Facilities: • Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and electric oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. • Washing machine. • Complete bathroom with shower and hair dryer. • Bed linen, towels and tablecloths. • Living area with tables and chairs. • Satellite TV. • Air conditioning and heating. • Terrace. • Alarm system. • The change of linen is not included, but it can be supplied on request, at an additional cost. • Cleaning is not included, but can be supplied with a cost of Euros 10,00 per apartment. Guest access Guests can enter the apartment from the main gate just in front of Casina Municipale and once inside the Villa they can use the terrace, table and chairs at their own private disposal.
