This apartment is the only apartment on the ground floor with a 2nd door leading to the awesome treed courtyard. Sit & enjoy the outdoor area! Lots of walking and bike tracks along the Yarra River. The space Melbourne Villa is a very comfortable two bedrooms apartment. Bedrooms offer a queen and two single beds with wardrobes and bedside tables. There's a separate lounge, and outdoor area with table and chairs. It's very modern and chic in style; a combination of flavours from New York, Paris and Melbourne. There is also bright newly renovated bathroom with modern, large floor to ceiling tiles and large shower. There's a new washing machine and laundry. Car park is directly in front of the front door. Melbourne Villa is Perfect for 4 adults or a family. It's a quiet and secluded apartment. It has a north-facing kitchen, living & dining area. It equipped with a reverse-cycle split system air-conditioning system, and ceiling fans in each room (with bedside controls).  Our Melbourne Villa is the ONLY apartment out of 5 apartments that occupies the entire ground floor. It has 2 main entrance doors, a front door and another entrance door leading to the leafy courtyard garden. The outdoor area is surrounded by greenery and trees which are visible from every window inside the apartment. All tea, coffee, toiletries, washing and cleaning products and other welcome starter supplies are provided. Check In 3pm and check out is 3pm On check in, the owner of the credit card must be present, and will be asked to provide the credit card used for the booking. Photo ID will be required at check in to obtain keys. Extra Guests Extra guests are not permitted without prior arrangement and extra person payment. Unauthorised guests can cause booking to be automatically cancelled with no refund. Guest access -FAST Wireless broadband internet (FREE) Other things to note PETS: Your furry pet is welcome to stay at our accomodation. Please note a $20 per day pet fee is charged per night. Pet fees are paid directly to the host prior to your arrival. There is also a refundalble $300 pet bond paid to host. Please note only small pets permitted under 10kg. Pets that shed hair or have strong pet smells are not permitted. Please understand our next guests will complain and some guests can experience allergic reactions.
