Formerly a warehouse servicing Edisto Farms Dairy, now enigmatic upscale lofts notably featured on HGTV and located a mere runway from Owens Field Airport and Columbia’s emerging City Center. This is a true industrial stand-alone warehouse loft. Stretch out in 2000 square-feet of reinvented raw industrial space consisting of three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms. This loft boasts exposed brick walls, structural steel beams, and concrete floors. The 13 foot tall ceilings are accented with exposed aluminum spiral ductwork hung as a backdrop to a ceiling created of exposed corrugated steel. The loft also contains loads of intimate lighting tailored for your perfect evening. Industrial Loft 722 is our newest edition to our arsenal of lofts. It is a separate stand alone building for privacy and has a Big City vibe that will make you question what city you fell asleep in the night before!
