Sami's House (kitchen use allowed)

The house is located in a 1920s building near Porta Palazzo, and is served by line 4, the surface metro, which connects to Porta Nuova station. The apartment is large and renovated, you will have to share the kitchen and bathroom with me, the sofa bed (1.40 m wide) at your disposal is in the studio for 1 or 2 guests. Filippo is no longer here, now there are two cats Sandokan and Gandalf, so it is not recommended for those who are allergic or afraid or do not want cats around. The space You will have access to the entire house. Except in my room. There is a space for luggage storage after check-out. There are many books that I will be happy to lend you if you ask me during your stay. You will have the study with the sofa bed available to sleep in. Guest access Guests will have access to the terrace, the kitchen with the possibility of use, the dining room, the living room and of course the bathroom. In the studio there is a sofa bed with a 140 cm mattress and a mirrored wardrobe. At the entrance there is a built-in wardrobe for jackets. During your stay I really enjoy interacting and am available to give advice on places to visit and on clubs and restaurants. Other things to note Filippo the cat (see reviews) was taken from me by a tumor. A tabby cat named Sandokan and a Siamese-like cat named Gandalf have just arrived, so it will be important to be careful when you go out to prevent them from running away. They are quite sociable, but they are still a little afraid to interact with others. A stay is not recommended for those who are allergic, afraid of cats, or do not like to interact with them.
