Ponteilla: house with a view

In a quiet area, single-story house, surrounded by a 200 m² garden with terrace and natural grass. A comfortable equipped kitchen, latest generation air conditioning, a water softener system, recent attic insulation for a cooler house, electricity production partly by solar panels. Places to park on the street: the side of the road in front of the house is wide and reserved for cars. Self check-in. The space We love wood: the furniture, the kitchen, the parquet in the large living room and one of the bedrooms. A well-stocked library. The terrace on the living room side is protected by a bamboo hedge and various trees of the region (olive, yuka, fig...); the one on the kitchen side overlooks the Aspres massif. Other things to note - We are exclusively looking for families.
