Quiet lifestyle block in a semi-rural location, 35 km from Auckland Airport, 15 km from Papakura. Comfortable studio bedroom, private, rural outlook with plenty of off street parking. Quiet and tranquil, watch and listen to the native birds in a peaceful and stunning location. Private, secluded sunny garden offers the perfect place to relax. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and welcome families with kids. The space We offer a large suite, with twin queen beds and sitting area with Sky TV, en-suite with shower, spa bath and sauna. Accommodates up to 4 with a separate guest access. Guests will have access and use of the downstairs area of the house, including a pub type lounge. Enjoy breakfast on the deck with views of Hunua Range or at a large pond with the sound of running water. During your stay, please feel free to take a walk through the garden. Guests may use outdoor deck/entertainment area. Breakfast - served from 07:30. Evening meals - we are happy to prepare an evening meal for you with prior arrangement and additional cost. Coffee and tea is provided in the suite. Guest access Guest shared bathroom. Shared kitchen. Shared dining facilities. We accommodate small dinner parties or get togethers. During your stay Only if required or indicated by the guest will we – Be happy to help out where we can. We can help with planning your trips and knowledge of local area. We enjoy socialising over a cup of tea or beer. Other things to note Luggage drop-off allowed. Pets live on property – We have 2 cats and 2 puppies. Our lovely pups Winston and Angus run freely around the property. They love visitors but are not to be fed. The home does have stairs, but we are able to accommodate those that have difficulty climbing stairs. Unless transport has been arranged, at a fee, please note that you will need a car to get here. At a fee, transportation of guests to Papakura train station and collection for day trips into Auckland CBD, can be arranged.
