Property features almost an acre in a quiet cul-de-sac, 3 bedrooms plus new bunk room, making it a perfect space for worry-free kids and parents. Covered patio with large backyard, fire pits, outdoor grill, and communal dock on the deep cove provide the experience to enjoy each other with plenty of personal space. The space Our lake house sits on .75 acre lot with beautiful trees scattered throughout. We have 3 bedrooms plus a beautiful, new garage-converted bunkhouse housing 3 full bottom/twin top bunk beds and a private bath. The house amenities include: - a deep cove at the south end of the lake great for fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding - a private dock with a beautiful viewing of both the cove and open water - 2 fire pits - one on the relaxing porch and another closer to the dock - an indoor fireplace - a bunkhouse and game room - quiet cove for walking, biking - well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso Vertuoline and Keurig, toaster, spices, dishware and flatware, microwave, gas stove, - a propane grill Bedrooms: 1. Master - large private master, an extra twin bed and toddler bed 2. Bedroom 2 - queen bed 3. Bedroom 3 - queen bed 4. Bedroom 4 - Bunk room (converted from garage) - with 3 bunk beds (full size bottom bunks and twin top bunks) Bathrooms: 1. Bathroom 1 - in large master with soaking tub and separate shower 2. Bathroom 2- in between 2 guest rooms with stand up showerf 3. Bathroom 3 - in bunk room with combo bath and shower Year round, the property offers a place for relaxation and a peaceful place to connect, for families, friends, or an executive staff getaway. Guest access All areas accessible except for designated owner storage closets. Washer and dryer available for use. Other things to note New Amenities: - 1 adult kayak and 2 paddle boards, swing and hammock for your use with no additional charge - Please note there is an additional $25 per person per night fee for more than 10 guests Prior to booking/arriving to the property, you will be required to sign a Vacation Rental Liability Waiver. For safety reasons, we ask guests not to use boat lift but to tie boats up to dock instead.
