It's a very sunny, top floor apartment,beautiful place to stay for all seasons with sea view,in the heart of the city. Around the apartment is walking area ,so it's very quiet no cars noise.5 minutes from the central beach . Air conditioner. The smoking is not allowed but you have balcony where you can smoke. Next to my apartment has a pay parking for 6 EU day. If you want Kayak,sup,bicycle, boat trip, wind surf ,kitesurf, lessons just ask. You can rent for month for 450 eu
