Meyzieu: Cozy house on the outskirts of Lyon

Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the centre of Meyzieu, a small town about 15 minutes by car from Eurexpo, 20 minutes fromthe centre of Lyon and 20 minutes walk from the Olympic Park Lyon. We have a large terrace and a small garden. The space Semi-detached house in a quiet and family friendly environment, close to public transport (tram, bus), shops, municipal swimming pool and a park. If you like to enjoy nature, to walk or to do sports, the Grand Large lake is 5 min by car. If you prefer the city and cultural visits, Lyon is easily accessible, by car or tram. But you can also simply relax on our pleasant terrace! The house has: - two air-conditioned rooms on the first floor with double beds, - a bedroom-study on the ground floor with a sofa bed, - a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and hob, - a large living room with TV, large library and access to the garden - toilets and a bathroom with a walk-in shower on the first floor - a downstairs toilet There is parking space for a car in front of the house. The estate is secured by a gate. Other things to note The garage, shed and two other rooms will not be accessible to travellers. The small swimming pool in our garden is unfortunately not yet open to visitors. We are very attentive to the importance of barrier gestures during the Covid-19 pandemic. After the usual cleaning, we sanitise the most frequently used contact surfaces, such as handles and switches, with disinfectant. Similarly, all household linen is washed and then disinfected during the rinsing phase. Finally, the accommodation is systematically ventilated during cleaning.
