Guest access You will have access the entire property, other than the caretaker cottage which is located on a neighboring parcel at the base of the property behind it's own gate. Other things to note Bookings up to 16 guests include the main house and base rate. Additional charge for up to 20 guests which includes guest home. We allow a maximum of 25 guests for an additional per guest charge after 20. Please inquire if more than 16 guests.
