Our beautiful house is located at the downside of one of the most historic villages of Thassos, The nearest beach, is 10 'away. The two floor house has been renovated with respect to the traditional architecture, comfortable, suitable for families and functional (fully equipped).It has 3 different entrances, a balcony with view to the surrounding nature and two private yards to enjoy your coffee or meals. Our main concern is to make you feel like home! The space First of all we would like to specify that in order order to follow the rules regarding the health protection against coronavirus and, we proceed to sanitary disinfection of the whole house by a certified and approved by the state acronomist between departures,making each stay secure and stress free for the guests. "Kaza Vagelis" is located at the downhill neighborhood of Kazaviti (Megalos Prinos), 150 meters away of our family business, restaurant "Vasilis". It has three separate entrances and its access is made by a paved path leading to its courtyard. The ground floor is about 65 m² with two different entrances, and comprises of the following spaces: As you enter the main entrance there is a fully equipped kitchen and a table for five persons. The kitchen is equipped with kitchen, oven, fridge, big freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, cuttleries for adults and children. This space is connected with a spacious and luminous room of a single bed and Plasma TV. At the left of the main entrance of the house, there is a door which leads to the bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. There is a big yard, full of flowers and a pomegranate tree where you can enjoy the calmness by sitting at the wooden table under the shade of the pergola. At the yard you will find the stairs leading to the balcony of the house which offers a sublime view. Τhe internal stairs are connecting the two floors where a trapdoor can be used for child safety if needed. The first thing that you will notice is the the main entrance of the house which leads to a smaller backyard with a table of three chairs, stone ground and a beautiful begonia. The second floor has one big enough entrance with a smaller room of two single beds, fire place and wardrobe. The big room of the house has double bed, cable TV, sofa, office and wardrobe. Τhe luminosity and the view of this room will really impress you because it has window door leads to the balcony connected with external stairs leading to the main yard.A wooden door closes with a bolt also can be used as child protection. The house is amended even for children under 2 years old. This house was totally constructed from our grandfather who was a local painter and a well known artist of the island. Our family has always respected the Macedonian architecture and the local typical decoration of Megalos Prinos. This is made obvious by the ceilings made of wood, the decorated walls,the wooden shelves and the inbuilt small cupboards. The house is also suitable for winter or autumn vacations, as it has a fire place,stove at the ground floor and radiators all over the space. Extra cost for heating will be applied in outstanding circumstances ( using of radiators during summer or normal for each season temperatures). Guest access Guests will have access to all spaces of the house, the two courtyards and the balcony. Other things to note You can park your car 150 meters away from the house, to our restaurant-tavern ''Vasilis''. If you have a Jeep you can use the old road of the village and park just outside the house.Additionally, you can park your car at the entrance of the village where there is a big parking space and it is not even 200 meters from the house. If you park the car in the main road of the village, in any parking space you can find, the house is not more than 150 meters away by following any of the three beautiful small green paths that leads to it.
