Casale Maddalena is a beautiful villa full of history and charm. The property dates back to 1200 and was an ancient monastery. Today it is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation. In a green and quiet area, a few minutes from the highway and the sea, it offers a beautiful garden and a swimming pool overlooking Carini. The villa is complete with everything you need to ensure a pleasant and relaxing vacation. The property also has a large private parking lot. The space The villa consists of an entrance with a living area where the sofa bed (single) and TV are located. Then there is the dining area with kitchen (furnished with every utensil - including refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine, coffee cups and breakfast cups). Adjacent to the living room is the bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 1 double bed and a full-size bed. From the door next to the sofa bed located on the ground floor, you can access the other area of the Villa where there are: a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed. The villa has air conditioning (located in all bedrooms), unlimited free Wi-Fi internet, a washing machine and private parking. Furnishings include bed sheets, towels and pool towels. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATION The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, 3 in the bedroom located on the first floor with a double bed and a full bed, 1 in the sofa bed located in the first living room, 2 in the second bedroom with a double bed, and 2 in the third bedroom with 2 single beds, and 2 in the double sofa bed located in the second living room. BATHROOMS The villa has 2 bathrooms, both located on the ground floor and both equipped with a shower. Wi-Fi The villa is equipped with free and unlimited Wi-Fi. AIR CONDITIONING The villa is equipped with air conditioning (present in all bedrooms). LINENS The villa is complete with bed linens and towels (2 for each guest). We also provide pool towels. WASHING MACHINE Guests will also have a washing machine that they can use at no extra cost. KITCHEN The villa has 2 kitchens. Both kitchens are complete with utensils, refrigerator, cutlery, plates and glasses, pots and pans, electric kettle, toaster, juicer, coffee machine with capsules and traditional coffee machine. PARKING The villa has a large indoor parking lot where you can park up to 4 cars. GARDEN The exterior of the villa consists of a large garden for the exclusive use of guests (with barbecue). SWIMMING POOL The villa's swimming pool is reserved ONLY and EXCLUSIVELY for guests who book the villa. It's not shared with others. Guest access Guests will have exclusive use of the entire villa, including the garden and swimming pool.
