Big ceiling fans ensure a cooling breeze any time of day or night. A big comfortable sofa and chairs are arranged in front of a large flatscreen smart tv with free Netflix account giving you a wide choice of music and video entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen is fitted with all the essentials including oven, cooktop, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and all the pots, pans and utensils you will need to cook a delicious 5 course dinner (or a quick breakfast before going to the beach). We can also arrange for a chef to come and prepare a delicious Thai dinner and BBQ for you. From the living area pass through glass sliding doors to a roofed Sala with dining table and BBQ. The area also has comfortable outdoor sofa and chairs right next to the large 8x4m saltwater tiled swimming pool. A waterfall feature next to the pool provides an atmospheric ambiance. Tropical planting around the outdoor area provides a real feeling of Tropical Thailand. All doors and windows have screens to let the air in and keep the bugs out. Sunshine or rain, there is a place to sit and relax. Bedrooms The 3 air conditioned bedrooms each with a private bathroom all open up to the pool terrace so you can jump straight out of bed into the pool! The master bedroom has a romantic 4 poster bed and is decorated stylishly. The bedroom has a private shower room with high quality fixtures and fittings. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed and a private shower room. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen sized beds and a private bathroom. All the bedrooms have high quality mattresses and bed linen to ensure a great nights sleep. All bedrooms are also air conditioned and also have high ceilings with ceiling fans. For your convenience, the villa has a washing machine for your use, we provide washing soap powder. Everything in the villa has been designed to be easy to use, within 5 minutes you will know and love this villa. Other Information The villa and pool areas are not covered by the cameras allowing you to enjoy the villa, pool and grounds in complete privacy. The Villa is fully enclosed within an exterior wall with a gate on the entrance. There is a Private secure car parking place for exclusive use of the villa. We also offer some fresh seasonal fruit on arrival as a welcome gift. There are a few very good restaurants in walking distance, but to explore the area, we do recommend renting some personal transport. Most people rent motorbikes or a car, just let us know if you need any details. Our booking service can also offer in-house catering, transport, car and motorbike rental, restaurant recommendations and reservations, in house massage and all local tours and activities at a great price, just ask and we can provide all the information you need to create a really special holiday. A guest manual is inside the house with all the information you need. The villa is secure and private, walls surround all areas and with private entry road. The villa is equipped with CCTV for your security. Cameras are pointed at the exterior gate and walls only. Barefoot Breeze Villa is the perfect base for a memorable holiday. Guest access Guests have access to the full property. There is entry through a gate to the garden side or from the private road through glass doors into the air conditioned living/kitchen area. Once inside the area is open to the guest. One store room is locked for staff access only. Other things to note A cleaner will come every 3rd day to clean through the villa and change towels and sheets (stays 4 nights and longer).
