Art Villa, the House of Impressions The old house of the 18th century right on the seafront, on the first line, in the bay Rose used to belong to the Montenegrian captain, and then was preserved by the family of artists in its authentic form, with the necessary renovation, but with preservation of the historical planning, partially furniture and decor. Hence the unforgettable atmosphere of this house. The house is located right on the seafront and boasts a huge 3-levels garden. The space The house is located on the seafront, right in front of the house there is an area with sun loungers belonging to the house and the descent to the water for swimming. The house is adjacent to a large three-tier garden (around 2000 square metres) with palm trees and fruit trees, each level has garden furniture, shady corners, and a stone grill for cooking. The garden offers stunning views of the sea and mountains. Also, the house has a terrace with a shed, twined ivy and a table for 8 people, where it is nice to have breakfast / lunch / dinner and spend time. In front of the house there is a table for spending time with a view of the sea and a swimming area with sun beds and an umbrella. The house itself has three floors. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet and a bath and a bedroom for two people. On the second floor there is a bathroom with toilet and shower, a bedroom for two people, a bedroom for one person, a living room with a balcony, sofas, a TV and an old painting on the ceiling. On the third floor there is a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with a toilet and a bathtub. The house has everything you need for a pleasant stay: bed linen, towels, washing machine, dishwasher, stove and oven, dishes for eating and cooking, air conditioning, deck chairs in the garden, sun beds in front of the house on the coast, wooden cane chairs and tables in the garden. For children in the garden and at home there are a lot of toys, also beach ones, in the garden there is a mini sandbox made of gravel. Other things to note In Montenegro, all tourists must pay an official tourist fee - 1 euro per night per person during their stay in the country. We can help pay this tax, but it is not included in the cost of housing.
