The east side has a large outdoor sofa and is perfect for the really hot sunny evenings as it is protected from the late afternoon sun. The western deck has a large Kauri table and a bbq offering an area for cooking and eating enjoyed at anytime of the day. The kids can play on the trampoline or play outdoor cricket on the lawn. And there are tennis courts, basketball courts, a skate ramp and a pump track just around the corner. You can also unwind at the local restaurant "Hello Ranger" (less than 5minutes walk) away and with a great kids playground onsite. In summer you can set the temperature lower and cool water will run through the floors keeping everything nice and cool for your enjoyment.
