Big Comfortable Room Central Located

Comfortable and big room in a cozy apartment . The room is equipped with a double bed, office desk, chair, chest of drawers and other amenities. The flat is very central. Only 10 minutes by walk from Las Ramblas. Very connected with bus, taxis and a subway station in 7 minutes walking (Paralel Station). I’m a nice, funny, open mind, very easy going and calm person. Hope to see u soon an have u like my guest :) The space Big room in a nice apartment totally equipped (with Wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine, coffee machine, tea maker, Iron, fan, TV etc.). Guest access The apartment has 2 rooms (mine and yours), 1 bathroom (shared only with me), the living room, lunch area and the kitchen. During your stay I speak English, Spanish and Portuguese. Other things to note I offer coffee machine/tea maker to be enjoyed with a nice talk :) Also, I offer towels, blanket and a small heater in case you are a “cold person” :) PLUS: I also can invite anyone to the gym on the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). So, if you are a sport person and are down for it, let’s organize and would be nice to workout together.
