The space The pool is heated from May to August. However, it can be used throughout the year by all guests, even in the cold season. The sauna costs a fee of 40 euros for a period of up to 4 hours for a one-time use and must be booked early upon arrival. The use of the gym refers exclusively to the area with the fitness equipment and can be used by all guests. The billiard room can only be used by prior arrangement at certain times Guest access The apartment is a separate apartment on the 2nd floor without a direct balcony or terrace. (Attic floor) The terrace in the garden as well as the garden, pool, barbecue area, outdoor lounge above the pool, courtyard with fish pond may also be used free of charge by the guests. Smoking is allowed in all of these outdoor areas. Other things to note The accommodation is a self-contained unit on the 2nd floor without its own balcony or terrace. (Attic with sloping ceilings) Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas. A contactless key handover is possible. Sauna (€40 for 4 hours) and fitness room (free) and the billiards room (free) can be used by our vacation guests alone by arrangement. The pool and garden with a barbecue area, outdoor lounge, and terrace can also be used by our guests free of charge. The pool is used by us and all other vacation guests of our vacation apartments.
