This peaceful wine country home will surely capture your hearts!!! The Space: As you step inside, the grand entryway will greet you with cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and large skylights. Off the entryway is a cozy den, and the updated kitchen overlooks the beautiful views of the forested backyard and babbling creek. The expansive decks create a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. The primary bedroom is elegant with gorgeous light, a separate shower + soaking tub, and an attached office. Your guests will have a private deck off of the second spacious bedroom to spend time enjoying the fresh air and chirping birds. As you make your way down to the backyard from the deck via a spiral staircase, you will find multiple areas to gather and entertain... Don't miss the delightful creek beyond the gate, and at night unwind and gaze at the stars and moon. The house is single level but, throughout the home, there is a step from room to room. In addition, you can get to the backyard from the deck stairs or go around from the front of the house with a slight slope downhill. Guest Access: Guests shall have access to our entire home. Our home boasts two bedrooms but sleeps like a three-bedroom with a bonus room that has a window and closet. There is also an extra space attached to the primary bedroom that is set up as an office for those working remotely. In addition, there are multiple rooms -- a grand entry room for formal dining, a den for cozy TV nights with a full-size sleeper couch, and a light-filled living room that connects to the eat-in kitchen. You can choose to dine al fresco (on the farm table on deck), in the breakfast nook, or in the grand entry room. Pets shall be allowed on a case-by-case basis with extra deposit required. Additionally the backyard is fenced-in. The gate to the creek is accessible during summer and fall (use at your own risk), deers can be spotted around the house, and there are an amazing amount of bird species in trees (especially early in the morning or at dusk). See the beautiful sunrise in the front of the home, and enjoy peaceful sunsets and a magical golden hour out on the deck. Other Things to Note: Due to previous incidents, the max guest limit is six (6) and the max number of vehicles is three (3). The house is located in a quiet community close to other neighbors. After 10 pm all outdoor entertaining needs to move inside and the hot tub can no longer be used. There are outdoor cameras & noise monitors to help us maintain our very sensitive neighbor relations & assure a peaceful tranquil experience for everyone!
