2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times. The space In the immediate vicinity is the "Cannstatter Wasen", "Mercedes Benz-Arena", "Porsche-Arena", "Hans-Martin-Schleyer-Halle", "Mercedes Benz-Museum", as well as various mineral baths (e.g. the "Leuze") and the adventure pool "F3". The vineyards are just around the corner and the "Rotenberg" (with beautiful grave chapel) and "Kappelberg" are reachable destinations with many possibilities to stop for a bite to eat. Although we live in the city, the apartment is very quiet, as it is located on the side of the house facing away from the street. The apartment is located on the south side, with direct connection to the terrace and garden. A large double glass door brings a lot of sun into the apartment! Guest access Our guests have the apartment all to themselves. It consists of the living and dining room, and a bedroom. A small hallway connects the rooms. For example, with the bathroom, in which there is a shower and toilet. In the bedroom, next to the large marital bed of 200 x 160cm, there are four bookcases, which contain a theological library. In the bedroom there is also a private entrance to the apartment. In front of the apartment is a large terrace, which can be reached via doors from both rooms - and our garden, which may also be shared (this also applies to the beautiful garden furniture, which is located on the terrace (including charcoal grill). Other things to note Our 2-room vacation apartment is suitable for single travelers and couples. In the living and dining room is a sofa bed, which extended (200 x 140cm) also once again provides space for one to two people. For example, if our apartment is booked by two people who are not a couple - then you have two separate beds. However, it is then quite cramped in the living room when the sofa has been converted into a bed. Alone or with two people, the apartment is big enough. With three or four people it is definitely cramped and, for example, only suitable for sleeping or for short stays. There would be enough dishes. The table is designed for one or two people, although its size could be doubled in a few simple steps. There are two chairs in the apartment, you could add up to two garden chairs. However, this requires that you change the sofa bed back from a bed to a sofa. It remains: Our apartment is ideally suited for one to two people :-) for three or four people rather not.
