Welcome to our modern 3 star apartment just on the edge of the old town of Rovinj, 7 minutes walk from the main square and with everything at hand. 100 m from the bus station. Reserved parking for one car. The space One bedroom apartment with equipped kitchen and private bathroom. Very light and central. Kitchen fully equipped, oven, fridge, freezer. Satellite TV, air conditioner, hair dryer (on request).  Comfortable double bed in the bedroom and pull out sofa bed for additional two guests in the living room. 2 or 3 nights booking possible with additional payment. Guest access The apartment is on the 1st floor in a small 2 apartment house. Private entrance. There is a pizzeria under the apartment which is run from the owners, so you have them at hand whenever you need. No worries about the noise, it does not work till late. You have always a table reserved if you want to sit outside, even if you do not order at the pizzeria. Other things to note The accomodation's price does not include the tourist tax fee (1,10€ per person per day), which is mandatory in order to register the guests at the local tourist community's office. Parking in front of the house not possible as the apartment is on the main road. But you have reserved parking close by, about 150 m away.
