We are a 5 minute walk from Alum Chine Beach, and along the promenade Bournemouth Town Centre is exactly a 1 mile walk. This includes certification. The space The best thing about this property? Definitely Location Location Location!! The property, located on Crosby Road, Alum Chine, is a beautiful Victorian residence just a minute's stroll from the Clifftop, comprising of "Studley Towers"; the main building that my family and I used to run as holiday lets, and "The Coach House"; a separate building adjacent that has been converted to a family home. At the turn of the last Century, it used to accommodate horses and coaches, with an upstairs area for stable boys. Nowadays, it is a lovely seaside home from home in Alum Chine; a very popular and tranquil part of Bournemouth. I provide fresh towels and bed linen, hand wash, toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, foil and cling film, washing up liquid, an iron, mini ironing board, and hairdryer. I also provide a welcome pack of breakfast items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, croissants, butter and various jams. Blue milk is provided as standard, however I can cater to preference if mentioned during booking or the day before your stay. Free Wifi. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property. There is a designated free parking space on the forecourt. You will have your own front door. On entering, the large master bedroom is on the left. There is a regular sized double bed, plus a single day bed. The bedroom has a tastefully decorated en-suite bathroom with heated towel rails, vanity units and bath with electric shower. The upstairs lounge is very light and spacious, at 25 ft by 13 ft, benefitting from dormer windows, and has had a brand new kitchen with breakfast bar for 4 recently installed. The kitchen has a modern electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, 4 slice toaster, fridge freezer, cutlery, crockery and utensils. The breakfast bar easily seats four, with Ikea Henrikstall bar stools with back rests. South facing, so bright and sunny. There is a lockable patio door to access the lovely South facing balcony and seating area outside. Plenty of cast iron tables and chairs to enjoy eating outside. From here you can enjoy the views of the sea and even the Isle of Wight. The large bright balcony is a sun trap and a great feature especially during the summer months, or during our Bournemouth Air Fesival that runs from aprox 30th August to 2nd September. 2024 dates to be released. There is real wood flooring throughout the property, with the exception of the bedroom and en-suite that have laminate flooring. The stairs to the upstairs area have been carpeted with a stair runner carpet and brass stair rods. Other things to note **JULY and AUGUST minimum of 5 nights preferred The apartment can sleep a family upto 5 .The 'master/double' bedroom has a double bed, and a single day bed. The upstairs lounge has a 3 seater chesterfield sofa bed to sleep up to 2 people. Please state in your email which beds you require linen for.
