Pelagia House

Pelagia House is located on the island of Zlarin. It's an island with no cars or disposable plastic but a reputation of a place for a great and relaxed vacation, ideal for sailors, artists and adventurers, with some 2700 hours of sunlight a year. In the inland of the island, about 2.5 km away from the tourists and crowds you will find peacefully green village of Borovica, where you can meet a nosy peacock running around. Pelagia House is the only renovated house there so privacy is ensured. The space Pelagia House went through intense renovations. Kitchen, bathroom and a living room are found on the ground floor, while bedroom is on the upper floor. Space usage is optimized so everything you need is there, stored so it doesn't affect free space. The house is completely powered by solar electricity collected by 4 solar panels on the roof. Also, water is collected during the rain season. Guest access The whole house with outside terrace is at your disposal. Other things to note During your stay you get a golf cart at your disposal for comfortable ride to the centre (driving in the centre is forbidden) as well as 4 mountain bikes.
