The space Restful Cloud Nine experience the bed is the Rolls Royce of all mattresses, Tempur Pedic, equipped with luxurious bedding and black out curtains. That being said, We live full time upstairs. So, just wanted to give our guests a heads up that you might hear some steps, talking sounds, etc. We try to keep quiet hours between 10pm to 6am. Just warning light sleepers this may not be a good choice for you, though our families who stayed in the suite has mentioned that they feel restful the next morning Street parking is free and easy to find. Guest access There's a separate entrance with access code so you can do check in anytime. Keep in mind the door will automatically lock every 20 seconds so please remember the code before you walk out. Other things to note We have a sweet hypoallergenic dog. He will make noises when someone leaves but he'll be quiet after a couple of minutes. The dog has never been allowed into the space, and friends and family with allergies don’t seem to have a problem. Our entire house is hardwood floors, but if you are very sensitive to dogs you might pick another place. The main electrical panel is located in the suite’s bedroom. If the breaker needs to be turned on, we will need to ask the guest to turn it back on or if no one in the suite we’ll access it and be very respectful of your space. When this happens, Please pardon the inconvenience. Guest access The Private entrance will go through the area space that has owners' belongings. Please respect owners belongings. Guests will share the laundry room with the owners. Feel free to use the washer and dryer and the detergent as needed Other things to note - No partying or smoking/vaping of any kind inside the suite/home or within 25 ft of the home - if guests fail to comply to this, $500 penalty - There is a hypoallergenic dog living upstairs that rarely but might make some noises - Owners live upstairs so you will hear some steps or talking sounds - Please be respectful to our neighbors - quite hours in effect from 10pm to 6am Parking Information & EV Charging If you’re bringing a car, you’re welcome to park parallel and block the driveway—just be sure to leave about 1–2 feet of space from our neighbor’s driveway. If you want to charge your EV, we have a plug level 2 available with additional fee of $35/charge. You must provide your own charger as that is specific to your car. The fee will be paid through Airbnb - resolution center. Please let us know your car’s make and model, as well as your estimated arrival time. Important Note We have an EV and occasionally need to charge it in the driveway. We typically do this when no guests are staying. However, if your stay is longer than five days, there may be one night when the car is charging, which could make the entrance a bit tight. If you ever need us to move the car, just give us a call—we’re happy to help.
