It overlooks the colors of our garden with the olive tree, the Serenelle and a beautiful persimmon tree. On AirBnB we offer the South Music Room, the Olive Suite and the East Garden Room, which allow us to accommodate another 4/6 people. We are an authorized B&B, which respects regional standards and regulations. The space The Babuhaus B&B is an authentic bed & breakfast located in a real family home in the metropolitan area of Milan, perfectly connected to the city center by the M2 metro. The property offers a welcoming and familiar environment, with the possibility of using the garden and the gazebo during the summer, even for breakfast. Guests can enjoy a reserved indoor parking space and a large parking lot in front of the house. The rooms available on AirBnB include the South Music Room, featuring a double bed, music and books, and a large exclusive bathroom with shower. Other options include the East Garden Room and the Olive Suite, allowing you to accommodate up to 9 people in total. All rooms comply with the standards and regional regulations of Lombardy. The location of the B&B is strategic for those who want to explore Milan and its surroundings. The Bussero stop of the M2 subway allows you to quickly reach the S. Raffaele Hospital, Lambrate, the University of Studies, the exhibition areas of the Salone del Mobile and the Fuorisalone Districts. In 30 minutes, with a change of line, you can get to the Duomo, the historic center and the Milan City Fair. For those traveling by car, the B&B is easily accessible from the A4 Milan-Venice, East and North ring roads, and TEEM highways. Linate and Orio al Serio airports can be reached in 20/30 minutes by car or by metro and shuttle bus. In addition, an extra transport service is available upon request. The Babuhaus B&B is located 17 km from the Monza racetrack, home of the Italian Formula 1 Grand Prix, and a short distance from important companies such as ST Microelectronics, Thales, HP Enterprise, Canon and Sony, located in the nearby industrial areas. Guests can independently manage entrances and exits thanks to the keys provided, and smokers are allowed in the designated spaces. Breakfast is served in the dining room on the ground floor, and by arrangement, you can use the kitchen and dining table. Laundry service is available upon request. The Babuhaus B&B offers a stay experience that combines the tranquility of a green residential area with the convenience of being a short walk from the center of Milan, guaranteeing independence and privacy in a welcoming and respectful environment. Guest access We have a private entrance for guests, for which we provide the keys. Breakfast is served in our dining room on the ground floor. In the summer, you can use the garden and the gazebo, even for breakfast. By agreement, you can use our dining table and our kitchen. Laundry service available upon request, not included in the price. During your stay We have always been used to having guests and we like to meet new ones with the B&B. We are happy to share information about Milan and the metropolitan area with you, as well as our life experiences. We like to listen and learn about your experiences, if and when you like to do so. We guarantee your independence and privacy in the welcoming but respectful style of us Milanese. We speak English and French fluently. Often one of us is in the house and available in person for every need. We leave telephone numbers and online contacts (WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook Messenger, email, etc.) to which we respond promptly. Other things to note We leave the house keys to the guests, who can independently manage their entrances and exits. Smokers are allowed: not in the rooms, but we have designated spaces.
