To visit the Périgord Noir while being in a quiet area (in the countryside 10 km from Sarlat). Property consists of our house, four rental cottages, swimming pool (guaranteed opening from early June to mid-September) to share with other tenants, on 5000 m2 of land. Not to mention the barbecue, ping-pong table and trampoline. The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning – on request – (€60), or linens – on request – (sheets and towels – €15 per person). The space This 40 m2 cottage is perfect for a family with 2 children: two bedrooms, a shower room, separate toilet, and the terrace for outdoor dining… NB: the beds in the children's room are bunk beds. Other things to note We do everything necessary to prepare your welcome in the best conditions: four totally autonomous cottages spaced several meters apart, each listing scrupulously cleaned between two rentals, flexible cancellation conditions... So don't hesitate: book your cottage in Dordogne now! The price does not include end-of-stay cleaning (€60), nor linens (sheets and towels – €15 per person). Both are to be paid upon arrival if you take the option. But you can also choose to come with your sheets (that suits me...) and leave the cottage very clean when leaving (I prefer that too! :).
