Free on street parking (visitors permit for one car is provided.) GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen: large airy open plan dining kitchen with oak flooring and bi-folding doors to outside courtyard. The kitchen has a range cooker, integrated grill/microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer/tumble dryer. Large oak table with six chairs. Utility Cupboard: iron & ironing board. Storage for shoes, coats etc. Cloakroom: with toilet and sink Sitting room: three seater sofa, two seater sofa and large upholstered ottoman. Marble and granite fireplace with remote controlled fire. TV with Netflix & DVD player. Variety of board games for all ages and a large selection of books. Hallway: original victorian tiles and hanging space for coats. FIRST FLOOR Bathroom: fully tiled with underfloor heating. Freestanding bath, toilet, vanity unit with large sink and shower enclosure. Master bedroom - Super kingsized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside tables. Original Victorian fireplace. Second bedroom: built-in cabin style single (adult sized) bunk beds. Wardrobe & chest of drawers. Original Victorian fireplace. Please note the top bunk bed is only suitable for children over 8 years old. SECOND FLOOR Third bedroom: double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of draws, desk. Adjoining WC - toilet and sink. PLEASE NOTE: the house has very steep staircases characteristic of older houses. Please take extra care with younger guests or those unsteady on their feet! A safety gate can be requested on the ground floor if needed. Other things to note Although the house is near a school it is a very, very quiet residential street in the evening. This would not be the house for any late night noise or revelling!!
