Moonpine Kernville is a stunning, clean, luxurious, retreat in the southern Sierra Nevada’s. Less than 1 mile to town. Beautiful mountain and valley views throughout the house and yard. Massive master bedroom, with vaulted ceilings, and large windows, with a private workspace. New central ac and heat! Fully stocked large kitchen. Fast Wifi 300mbps! The yard has a beautiful, new concrete landscape and is a great place to relax and enjoy the NEW gazebo on the couches and take in the amazing views! The space Views views views! This spacious house has mountain and valley views throughout. It has a beautiful vaulted cedar wood ceiling in the living room with a warm and cozy fire place, a perfect place to get cozy and watch a movie or play games by. There is a large, beautiful dining area which opens to the kitchen and dining room and boasts beautiful views. The breakfast nook is a great place to hang out and chat while cooking meals in the kitchen. The bedrooms all have comfortable beds and linens. The large master suite bedroom has a king size memory foam mattress, a large bathroom and spectacular mountain and valley views as well as a balcony which the French doors lead you to. There a spacious garage to park you cars or unload you bikes. A washer and dryer is available for your use as well. You will have access to the entire house. We welcome pups! Hypoallergenic only thank you! (Some exceptions can be made please inquire first.) Sorry No Cats! Power outages are common in this area due to seasonal wind and fire-related events. While we do our best to ensure a comfortable stay, these outages are beyond our control. As such, we are not responsible for any disruptions caused by these events and are unable to offer refunds related to power loss or weather. We appreciate your understanding. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house and yard with all the views. Other things to note The views are breathtaking so brace yourself. Quiet neighborhood, absolutely no parties allowed. Pets allowed please inquire first about the breed and size as there are some restrictions. Check in and check out times are firm. We do charge an additional 20/hour for early check in or late checkout . Our gardeners come every Wednesday for about 1 hour. Please be sure you are aware of this if booking on a Wednesday. :) Trash day is Friday we have someone pull out the trash from the garage every Friday morning. Please keep all trash in the garage as there are lots of animals in the area.
