The large kitchen/diner is a wonderful place for entertaining, with ample worktop space and a table to seat everyone. On a summer’s day, open the patio doors to enjoy indoor/outdoor living. After dinner, retire to the elegant lounge, where you can fire up the wood burner and watch the Smart TV. Alternatively, grab your favourite book and head to the peaceful conservatory. The ground floor also houses a twin bedroom, shower room, and utility room. The remaining bedrooms – one of which has an en-suite shower room – are upstairs, along with the family bathroom. Outside, there is a generous lawn to the front. To the rear, dine alfresco on the sunny patio, while the children play on the enclosed lawn. You’ll also find a handy outdoor shower for freshening up after a day at the beach. Just 1 mile from the cottage is the beautiful Treyarnon Bay, where you can spend the day playing on the sand and sharing picnics. This family-friendly beach has shallow waters and also boasts its own natural swimming pool amongst the rocks. The picturesque village of St Merryn (1.5 miles) offers a collection of cute cafes and pubs, and you’ll also be just 4 miles from the foodie haven of Padstow.
