Top floor conversion with free private parking

A period property on the edge of the Peak District and a stones throw from Congleton Town Centre. Both the River Dane and Congleton Park are just at the end of the road. Congleton is a very friendly place with plenty of small independent shops, whether it be coffee and cake, or a mid afternoon snack we would be sure to point you toward the best local places. Alternatively if you want suggestions for dinner and drinks, we know most places and would happily recommend some of our favourites. The space Ground floor compromises of an entrance hall with heated floor extended through to the modern kitchen , living room and dining room to the left, downstairs toilet with washing facilities to the right underneath the stairs. On the middle floor is our main bathroom, a couple of storage rooms and our bedroom is at the front of the house. Our daughter’s bedroom is to the rear. Top floor will all be yours, there’s a separate sofa area, coffee table and flatscreen TV with an Amazon fire stick available on request. Next to the king sized bed there’s sufficient lighting and a Sonos speaker if you want to play music. Tea and Coffee facilities are in the room along with a small fridge for keeping things fresh. During your stay We are very friendly, and will always do our absolute best to be available if you need us. Should you have any queries or need any information prior to arriving, please just ask.
