sunny garden flat in Brixton/Camberwell zone 2

A walking distance to Brixton tube (12 minutes), with a couple of train stations nearby (Loughborough Junction 2 mins away, and Denmark Hill 12 mins away) to different parts of London. Plenty of buses 2 mins away also. I have a limited number of resident parking permits for guests with a car - it’s £10 per day and guests pay, however I need to register you beforehand. The space It is a lovely flat, cosy and sunnied with own garden. I live there, therefore it has got everything - internet, TV/Netflix (no password required), washing machine, pots & pans, spare bedding, nespresso machine, bathroom things, books to read..... There’s a Dyson cooler/heater also. it is not noisy at all - the bedroom is double glazed, and all noised from the road muffled. The bathroom is brand new - fully renovated in Jan 23. The same with the garden - repaved and with new plants (hopefully coming out soon)! I am happy to explain where to go/what to see in the neighbourhood or London. Please ask me for directions to the flat from different airports/train stations, finding the right route can save you a lot of time. The wifi code us at the back of the router in the lounge. You can eat any food you find in the flat - there probably won't be much, but it saves you buying the basics, and things in the fridge are perishable, so saves wasting food if somebody eats them. I have a limited number of resident parking permits, and am happy to give them to guests - please ask. Guest access everything Other things to note it is a period house and the walls are thin. Can you please keep the noise down after 10.30pm during the week, especially in the lounge, as my neighbors' bedroom is directly underneath? Can you please not wear shoes inside the flat, the carpet is beige and every mark shows - there are slippers, costs nothing to wear them :-) Also, this is NOT a basement but a raised ground floor flat, and the entrance is up the flight of stairs, not on the ground level; some people have been known to try to enter into the same neighbours' flat, and you don't want to be mistaken for a burglar!
