We are happy to try to book for you. Q: Can we check in earlier than 4pm? A: No. Unfortunately, our earliest check in time is 4 pm so we would like you to come after 4pm on your check in date. Q: Can we leave our luggage in the room earlier than 4 pm on our check in date? A: No. We are not possible to keep them in the room during room cleaning for security reason. Please find some coin lockers near the apt. Q: How many towels do you provide? A: 1 face towel and 1 bath towel for each guests for entire stay. Q: Can you bring some extra towels during our stay? A: No. Unfortunately we are not passible for bringing the towels. Please bring some extra if you are going to need. Q: Can we make late check out?
