As you walk through the front door, you’ll notice the openness and abundance of natural light. Beyond the home’s many glass sliding doors, an outdoor paradise of fun and relaxation awaits. The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen smart TV, and en suite bathroom with rain shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen-sized beds, flat screen Roku enabled TVs, and share a guest bath with large walk-in shower. All bedrooms have Casper mattresses, sliding glass doors that open to the backyard, and plenty of storage space. The open concept living area, featuring two sitting rooms, gas fireplace, large flat screen smart TV, dining table for eight, and fully-equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, is ideal for spending time with friends and family. Outside, you will find plenty of comfortable furniture, a fire table, pool loungers, a saltwater pool and spa, outdoor grill, dining table with seating for eight, ping-pong table, and two 9’ umbrellas for shade. The only exception is the hallway closet, which will be locked and inaccessible. Other things to note The Palm Springs Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) of 11.5% is included in the rental price. A signed rental agreement and a $1000.00 damage deposit is required for each stay. City regulation requires that the primary guest be at least 25 years of age. Pool heat is available for an additional $75 per night, charged for the duration of your stay. Pool is heated to 86 degrees. Please request pool heating at least 24 hours in advance. Parties and events are not allowed. For longer-term stays (28+ days), guests are required to pay the gas and electricity utility bills. Two external security cameras are located on top of the casita (street facing) and the side of the house where the trash bins are (facing the side gate and street). Additional deposit and cleaning fee required when bringing a pet.
