Private Room with a sofa and a double bed.

This is a 2 bedroom apartment equipped with a kitchen and toilet. We are renting ONE BEDROOM out of the 2 bedrooms. Usually I am staying here with my brother and during the holiday season my wife and child visits me. So the guests interested to stay here might find my family around. We try to keep the place clean tidy and we hope the guests staying here would like it. If there is anything you would like to know do not hesitate to send me a message and I will try to reply as soon as possible. Guest access Guests have access to the kitchen and the toilet. Feel free to cook. But you need to clean the place after cooking / Eating. We also have a washing Machine and a Drier which the guests can use if they want for an additional fee (10 Euros/wash+Dry). During your stay I am Available most of the time and of course if there is something they need or help I will try to be there and solve the issues as soon as possible. Other things to note As its a house and people live downstairs too so we try to be quiet during the late hours at night. From 20:30 onwards.
