The living room consists of a fold-out corner sofa (area after unfolding 140 x 200 cm), which can also be used for sleeping, a coffee table, a dining table with 6 chairs and a TV that allows the reception of Polish and German channels. Maritime details and decorations in the apartment create an interesting atmosphere that refers to the coastal location of the city. The kitchen equipment includes necessary kitchen utensils, kettle, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave and a hood. The windows of the living room and terrace  are facing south, which allows guests to view the nearby forest. In the bathroom there is a shower, a sink, a toilet and washing machine. Parking is possible in public parking lots on the street (possibly subject to a fee). Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited. Waste separation must be observed. The apartment is located in the Rezydencja Sienkiewicza residential complex, in the western part of the spa district. The green, quiet surroundings, direct proximity to the forest, a short distance to the promenade and the beach (about 300 m) are the advantages of the location. Nearby there is also a small playground for children, forest hiking trails, the health promenade, the graduation walls, a bike path along the 15 km long cross-border promenade, which connects Swinoujscie with the imperial baths on the German side of the island of Usedom (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin).
